When the Son of Man Comes in Glory
A sermon given at Holy Trinity - Chatham on Nov 20, 2011, by The Rev David Hyman on the text Matthew 25:31-46.
Not many in this modern world have lived this passage as thoroughly as Mother Teresa of Calcutta. She was one of the most powerful people in the 20th century. Listen to what she wrote:
We all long for heaven where God is but we have it in our power to be in heaven with him right now, to be happy with him in this very moment. But being happy with him now means loving as he loves, helping as he helps, giving as he gives, serving as he serves, touching him in his distressing disguise.
